I'm Going To Disneyworld

Lots to report but not a lot of time to do so.
So here's the cliff notes version of the last few months:

I'm opening a new store at a location that has to be the DIRTIEST game store ever. So much cleaning and remodeling is going on.

Atlantis #3 is between Leather & Lace ("novelty" shop) and Nutty Buddies (gay bar). Weird.

I'm going to Disneyland. I think it's Disneyland...the one in Florida anyway. My wife got a free trip from April 24th to the 28th for being kick ass at work. So we get flown down and get to stay at an actual Disney place. Go us!

*waves to all my interweb friends*

I haven't been there since I was 18, and I sort of want to go back. It was a family vacation, which meant that I had to let my parents decide where we went and what we did.
In case you missed it, Linus was born on April 5th, and the experience (what I can remember of it - I blacked out during the delivery) was not pleasant, to put it mildly. I'm still recovering, but I'd do it all over again if the end result was the same.

Can I go to Disneyworld!!?? Of course you'll be going to California and not Florida if you go to Disneyland ;-)

I still want to know more about the lore of Nutty Buddies becoming the black lesbian hang out...

I "won" a trip to Ft. Campbell two times a week... I don't think it's comparable though.

Well, seeing as it's between a novelty shop and an alternative bar, I'd say it should be dirty. The place I used to work was in an old factory/warehouse. Bare concrete and ceiling boards, exposed pipes, crappy part of town. It was DIR-TAY. I dusted constantly and couldn't keep up. Swept twice a night, and even if there was low traffic in the store I ended up getting piles of stone dust and crap. it leaked when there was rain, and the office area was the worst. Cold, slightly damp, musty smelling.

The comics stayed away from the worst parts of the store. We put the Warhammer and sundry over there.

That's cool, though. I guess you can easily target a good chunk of new clientele since the stores surrounding must give an indication as to what's popular in the area.
